What is our mission

F&Z Capital is a full-service property management company. We have been providing property management for home owners in the Dearborn area for years.

“Full-Service” means that we are always available and provide all aspects of property management. We can handle banking, monthly and year end statements as well as all the tenant needs and lease negotiations. We are licensed, bonded, insured and experienced. We have a full-time staff to handle your investment property. We also represent buyers and sellers of homes and investment properties.

“Management” entails all aspects of managing your real estate investment. In addition to screening tenants, placing tenants and collecting rent we will inspect your home and prepare it to market for the most optimal rent. We will market and advertise your rental property in unique ways. Our marketing program will attract more renters than any other system. Our staff is trained and experienced in all aspects of property management. Our vendors are ready for any repair and maintenance of your home. We have painters, landscapers, roofers, flooring specialists, plumbers, window, appliances affiliates, general contractors, handymen and a 24 hour emergency call number. We can assist you with all jobs large or small, estimates, planning and scheduling for any needed work.

Local residents, home owners and business owners have been coming to us for expert property management representation. We specialize in single family homes and individually owned condominiums, town homes, duplexes and triplexes in the Tri-City Area. We do handle some properties outside of this area.
